2016 in summary

So many frustrating moments this year and I am glad that I made through. Also, on a personal note, I have married my best friend <3

Jan16
Started the year with a new job, with a crazy workload but the nicest buddy ever. Kindness that I have never met before.

Feb16
Work was so bad, colleague in my team quitted before her 3 months was up and I was left with another colleague and my boss. It was such a stressful month. And Chinese New Year. Have to savour the second last year of red packet collecting. Oh and cupcakes from Sm for vday even though I told him that I had no time to prepare anything for him and when he asked me, I told him something that he baked would be good haha because he has never baked for me before.

Gown fitting awwww. It is starting to feel like we are going to get married hehe. And there was the Germany conference means one/two week away. Time difference is the difficult part. And at that time , it didn't cross our mind that his internship would happen. Worked day and night for "something" at work and glad that I made it through. Colleague from another team joined my team.

Key collection and roll the pineapple! Then met two ID before deciding to engage one of them. Because we didn't want to do much so since we received good reviews from the one we engaged, we decided to go ahead. My marble print, his matt finish  tiles <3

May16
Last exam for CPA. Before my bday. River Safari with family.

Jun16
Pre-wedding photoshoot and major purchase for the house renovation. Our KDK ceiling fan <3 Dreams come true for me to take our PWS in JJC after dating for almost 10years. Filed for marriage.

Customised our wardrobe. Selected photos from our PWS. Tapping rod to test the tiles omg frustrating to iron out the problems.

Aug16
NDP preview followed by Mayday concert! First concert. I am glad that I didn't need to join in the shouting/screaming/jumping. Haha am quite chill when I watch concert and happy that I don't need to  shout/scream/jump just because other people do. It was definitely a good one!

Signed my life away... is that what people say? Anyway I was so nervous that day, cannot smile properly. Then we flew to Tokyo :) however, the same thing kept bugging me, that our Long Distance Relationship was going to start. Nevertheless, the Ryokan stay was sooooo good! Pampered. The other attractions were awesome too. We only travelled in Tokyo and blown away by their... toilets lol.

Counted every weekend on the number of weeks left before Sm returned. :'(
Met up with friends! So glad to have them. Booked my air tickets to Osaka/Kyoto

Nov16
Osaka/Kyoto trip! Short but fulfilling trip. Went for my (much delayed) orientation. Started packing my mum house for renovation. Packing things which we never knew existed. Seeing things which my parents collected and pieces of memories of my parents

Dec16
Actual day gown selection! <3 tiles popped up at parents house means major renovation to be done. Christmas Eve stayover with the group, as if nothing has changed over the years. Tile selection for my parents house. New year countdown bbq.

Took my NYE and CNYE to write the above. May the upcoming year be a good one!
